Become a PAC Pilot Tester
The Purpose
In order to ensure that our assessments effectively serve their purpose of bringing together the best candidates and companies, it is essential that our questions offer a fair and appropriate measure of candidate skills.
Pilot testers play a vital role in making this happen by providing feedback and valuable data through which we determine the eligibility of questions.
The Process
Every week 4-6 30 minute tests composed of math, logic or English questions will become available online. Testers will have 5 days to complete the tests and provide feedback on the questions using the form we provide to you.
Completing the tests and feedback takes about 3 hours every week, and testers are compensated once they have sufficiently completed the tests and the feedback form.
Testers are free to choose to participate in testing on a week to week basis.
Our Expectations
We require that you keep any of the questions and answers that you view in the process of testing confidential.
It is essential that testers provide significant feedback in order for us to effectively evaluate questions. If testers fail to do so, we may decline to use them for future rounds of testing.
Compensation
Testers are paid $4 for each test and feedback form they complete.
